ZJHP/ZJHM Pneumatic Fine Single Seated/Sleeve Control Valve adopts the top guide structure and equipped with multi-spring actuator. The features are compact in structure, little in weight, sensitive in action, S-streamline in passage-way, little in loss during pressure dropping, big in valve capacity, high in precision of flow characteristic and easy in assemble and disassemble. It is widely used in precisely controlling parameters of mediums(gas.liquid.steam), such as pressure, flow and fluid level, and keeping them at preset value. It is suitable to situations with small leakage allowed or bigger pressure differential.
The series products include many types, such as standard type, adjustable and block type, bellow sealing type and thermal insulation sleeve type , with Nominal pressure: PN1.6、4.0、6.4 MPa., Nominal diameter: DN20～300mm, working temperature -250℃～560℃ and leakage level Ⅲ or level Ⅳ of VI. The flow characteristic is linear or equal percentage. Various types are available to be chosen.
