Pneumatic Film/Piston Control Butterfly Valve |
ZMAW/ZSCW Butterfly Valve is a rotary control valve being little in weight, small in volume and big in rated capacity coefficient. It is especially suitable to control dense slurry with big flow or smoky air from boiler pit.
The series products include three types, standard type, high-temperature type and sealing type, with nominal pressure: PN1,0.25,0.6,1.0,1.6MPa, nominal diameter: DN80～1000 and leakage level Ⅱ and level Ⅳ. The flow characteristic is equal percentage.
Pneumatic operation could be changed as manually operating by side-mounted handwheel: draw out the positioning pin, pull the lever upward, clinch the gear and worm, press the positioning pin, turn the lever, change the degree of the disc and then open the valve. When changing manually operating to pneumatic operation, pull the lever in the opposite direction.
