A. Summary
ZSHRT "O" Type Ceramics Ball Valve is a new product developed by Shanghai Fisher. It is mainly used in alkali, power station, Petrochemical, chemical gas and paper mill to automatic control the production of lime milk, coal powder, coal cinder and powdered particle etc, mediums with corrosive and erosion. Its working temperature is -30¡«250¡æ.
B. Structure and Principle of Operation
1. Structure
ZSHRT "O" Type Ceramics Ball Valve is 3-piece structure. The flow route of body, ball and seat are made of ceramics with HRC£¾90 which is reliable in sealing and has certain wearability. The drive is stainless steel double piston and gear/gear rack pneumatic actuator with the features of excellent corrosion resistance, big output force and long life. The actuator is composed of cylinder, cylinder cover, piston (gear rack), O-ring, piston bushing, guiding ring, gear (output shaft), bushing and adjusting bolt.
2. Principle of Operation
When the air enters the air chamber of pneumatic actuator, the air pressure acts on the piston and produces push force. The gear rack meshes the gear to rotate, then to drive the stem and rotate the ball so that complete open/ close action of the valve.
