Plate gate valve is suitable to as open/close devise on pipeline of nature gas, petrol, chemical and environment protection, bleeding system and storage facility for oil and gas.

Feature：
The valve is reasonable in structure, reliable in sealing and easy for operation and maintenance.
There are two kinds of plate gate valve—with and without diversion hole. The valve with diversion hole is used on the pipeline that needs pigging. The valve without diversion hole is used on the pipeline that doesn’t need pigging.
The gate and seat are treated by special process---- hard alloy overlaid. The sealing surface is inlaid PTFE so that provides double sealing. PTFE also has the effect of removing dirt for the gate. It is possible to inject sealant as a secondary sealing with double protection. The sealing is reliable, so the life of valve is longer.
Compared with traditional gate valve, its features are little in operating torque and flexible to open/close.
The valve has a structure of triple changeable packing assuring reliable sealing with bonnet and stem.
Control type plate gate valve is used at the outlet of pump station and other pipelines that need controlling the medium.
The valve has a release devise to prevent the valve from overpressure within the cavity.
Wb plate gate valve without diversion hole is unique in structure, easy to drain, not limited in site cellar and mounted at any angle.
Wp plate gate valve is light in weight and little in volume so that reduces the load of pipeline especially suitable to storage facility for oil and gas.,
Plate gate valve is quick to open/close. With buffering device, the valve has no shock when closing. The structure of interchanging pneumatic and manual is new. The operation is flexible, easy and reliable.
We also manufacture VT and VS plate gate valve to meet special requirements.
Electric actuators are available, such as Rotork, Auma and domestic made.
