FSE-1000 Series Electro-Pneumatic Valve Positioner
Introduction：
    FSE-1000 Series Electro-pneumatic valve positioner are successful products manufactured in accordance with advanced technology introduced from abroad. Fitting out pneumatic control valve, it makes up a closed loop control circuit and transforms current signals output from controller or control system into air signal to actuate the control valve and control the opening level. Meanwhile it feeds back in accordance with the opening level of control valve and can correctly allocate the valve stroke according to the signal output from the system. The positioner could be used for pneumatic actuators with single action and double action, linear stroke and angular stroke.
    FSE-1000 Series Electro-pneumatic valve positioner also can be fit out PTM position transmitter to transform the valve stroke into 4～20 mA DC current position feedback signal. For use in control room. The position transmitter could be directly installed inside wire box of positioner or independently installed outside.
　Features
1. With high vibration resistance (no resonance within the range of 50～200 Hz).
2. The electric interface is multihole and easy to connect in any direction.
3. Easy to adjust and correct. Convenient to transform between normal action and counteraction.
4. For small actuator, vibration could be removed by adjusting the flow of the blowhole.
5. Without changing the parts, it could carry out controlling branch stroke within a half of stroke.
6. Easy to feedback connection.
7. Little in air consumption and good in economy.

　Adjustment ways of position transmitter
A． Zero adjusting
    The current increases with turning anticlockwise.
B．Span adjusting
    The current increases with turning clockwise.
C.The requirements could be reached by adjusting the zero and span potentiometers back and forth.
