ZSHVYC4 “V” Type
Ball Valve for Soda
　　 ZSHVYC4 “V” type ball valve was high performance valve special for soda developed by Shanghai Fisher Valve. Using the shear force between the movable seat loaded by plate spring and the core, the valve is suitable to the mediums which contain crystals, scales and little particles.
With “V” gap at the core, the problems of scaling in the cavity and mediums depositing are completely solved. When the valve opening, the flowing capability is big and the resistance is little.
The valve is compact in structure and vast in general usability. The flowing characteristic is approximate equal percentage. The range of adjustable is large. The maximum adjustable rate is approximated 300:1.
Nominal sizes：DN50～500 mm
Nominal pressures：PN1.6、2.5、MPa
“V” type ball valve for soda also has the feature of high in accuracy to adjust, and reliable in allocation.
Remark:ZSHVYC4 is type for pneumatic.
　Applications
　　“V” type ball valve for soda is suitable for controlling and shutting the mediums for MI、AI、halfI I、Condenser etc. in various pipes in PN 1.6～4.0 MPa and -70℃～420℃.
