ZZHX Antiknock Fire-proof Respiration Valve can draw and exhale by pressure changing of the adjusted medium self to automatically adjust the pressure, needn’t foreign energy.
This valve normally is installed at the top of the tank, connected by flange. In normal state, i.e. the pressure of the tank is within the set range, the upper and lower plate of the valve is closed. The tank does not draw in and exhale air. When the pressure in tank goes up, the lower plate is pushed to open. Then the surplus air exhausts to atmosphere through the flow way between the lower plate and lower seat. When the pressure in tank drops down to minus pressure, the upper plate is open. Then the air flows in from atmosphere through the flow way between the upper plate and upper seat. The valve can be used to keep the tank in constant pressure during transportation and production of the petroleum products or chemical solvent such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, cruel oil, benzene, toluene, ethanol, etc.
