¡¡Shanghai Fisher Valve has newly developed ZSHEYC4 eccentric valve for alkali, the fourth generation of control valve for alkali, based on the third generation of ¡°O¡± type ball valve for alkali. The valves resist corrosions by chloride radical and ammonia. It is a new generation of valve special for alkali aimed at scaring, scaling, crystallizing and eroding.
Using eccentric principle, the valves are ideal for control and on-off applications. When the valve opening, the valve core is located inside ball cavity. The flow section is large and the core will not be eroded. When the valve closing, the ball surface is getting gradually to the seat so that efficiently remove the obstacle of scaring, scaling and crystallizing, and reach reliable sealing.
The full series are structure of trunnion mouted ball.
Nominal sizes: DN 50 ¡« 500 mm.
Nominal pressures: PN1.6, 2.5, 4.0 MPa.
Remarks: The face to face dimension can be changed in accordance with customs¡¯ requirement.

| |
Flowing capability is big and the flow resistance is little. When the valve opening, the valve core is located inside ball cavity and the flow route is straight tube.
The operating torque is little. Rotating 90¡ã can complete opening or shutting. It is easy to operating.
The sealing is tight, and can resist corrosions by chloride radical, crystallizing and eroding. Scaring and scaling not influence opening and shutting is the special feature of eccentric valve special for alkali.
The service life is long. The sealing is resistant to wear. The seat has compensation and can be adjusted.
