Shanghai Fisher Valve has newly developed ZSHWGYC4 Butterfly valve for alkali, the new generation of C4 steel tri-eccentric valve for alkali, based on the central line butterfly valve. The valves resist corrosions by chloride radical and ammonia. It is a new type of high performance valve special for alkali aimed at the occasions of scaring, scaling and eroding.
Using tri-eccentric principle, the butterfly valves are ideal for control and on-off applications. When opening the valve, the valve disc is parallel with the flow direction. The flow resistance is little, the flow section is large and the core will not be eroded. When closing, the sphere surface is getting gradually to the seat so that efficiently remove the obstacle of scaring and scaling, and reach reliable sealing by the self-lock effect of angle eccentric.
The full series are structure of tri-eccentric and hard sealing.
Nominal sizes: DN 80 ¡« 1200 mm. (3"¡«48")
Nominal pressures: PN 1.0, 1.6MPa.

Flowing capability is big for the flow route is straight tube. When the butterfly valve opening, the valve disc is parallel with the flow direction and the flow resistance is little
The operating torque is little. There is no friction between the disc and seat during opening or shutting. Rotating 90¡ã can complete opening or shutting. It is easy to operating.
The sealing is tight, and can resist corrosions by chloride radical. Scaring and scaling not influence opening and shutting is the special feature of eccentric valve special for alkali.
The service life is long. The sealing surface of disc is made of C4 steel.
